PINDLERS CROFT

A detached family cottage near the town of Forres in Moray, Scotland.

A group of friends or a family would find this the perfect place to come and enjoy a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location, with wonderful views across Findhorn Bay and the Moray Firth.

Drive through the double gates and onto the short gravel driveway taking you into Pindlers Croft, with ample parking for up to 4 cars.

The entrance hall, where you can leave shoes and boots, leads into a welcoming seated lobby area with a feature stone wall and wood burning stove.

This area has a large coat cupboard with louvre doors and an airing cupboard, which contains the hoover and starter material for the fires.

On the ground floor there is a very spacious and homely sitting room with an open fireplace. The floor-to-ceiling windows light up the room and provide stunning elevated views over Findhorn Bay, Moray Firth and across to the Black Isle whichever season of the year it is.

The large dining room has glass doors leading onto the patio. The views from both inside and out of the room allow you to enjoy the scenery of the local area. There is a plentiful variety of games for all ages located on a unit by the kitchen door.

Through into the kitchen, which is well equipped with a induction hob, eye level grill, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, and dishwasher. Even washing up can be enjoyable whilst looking out across the view. The table also gives an additional eating area.

The kitchen leads to a utility room and coat area, where you can clean off the dogs and children! There is a ceiling airer, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and additional airer space. There is also a separate WC. The backdoor gives easy access to the spacious garden.

Downstairs there are two bright and airy bedrooms, again with fantastic views.

The main bedroom has a double bed and is En-suite with an over the bath shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed with an adjacent bathroom.

Upstairs is the third bedroom with Velux windows and a super king bed. On request, this bed can be split into two full size single beds. There is an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the landing there are two chairs and a TV giving an extra area to retreat to. The two bookcases have a variety of reading material.

On sunny days you can sit out on the spacious patio with a cold drink whilst taking in the breath-taking, far reaching views. There is a BBQ available during the summer season. The well maintained and enclosed garden allows plenty of space for both children and animals. There are some outdoor games stored in the greenhouse.

A couple of minutes’ drive up the hill past Pindlers will take you to Califer Hill Viewpoint, providing stunning views across to Findhorn, the Moray Firth,  and beyond.
